Anime Origins Units List & Database (August 2026)
Anime Origins ships with a large roster of anime-inspired units across epic, legendary, mythic and secret rarities. Placement type (ground / hill / hybrid) matters more here than in most Roblox tower defenses because flying enemies appear early — so this table leads with it. Rankings live on the tier list; this page is the lookup table.

Reading the table
- Rarity and ascension: duplicates are fused into ascension levels (5% crit damage → range → crit chance → -5 cooldown → +5% damage). See ascension.
- Element: every unit is physical or magic and carries an attunement; 150% damage to the element it counters, 65% to the one that resists it, neutral deals 100% to everything. See elements.
- Traits: units store two traits and can swap; only one Immortal per team. See traits.
Units FAQ
How many units are in Anime Origins?
Origins Project has not published a count. The in-game index shows a large mythic pool (more than twenty mythics on launch plus epics, legendaries and three secrets); the table above lists only units we could confirm from at least one dated showcase, so it grows as we verify more.
What is the difference between ground, hill and hybrid units?
Ground units can only be placed on ground spots and cannot hit flying enemies; hill units sit on raised spots and can hit air; hybrid units can do both. On launch the hills are Vegeta, Akeno and Roxy, and only Madara and Ban become hybrid (Ban on his final upgrade).
Which units are easiest to evolve?
Vegeta, Akeno and Goku are the consensus easy evolutions because their materials drop from early legend stages; Ichigo is the only unit that evolves all the way from rare to mythic. Gojo is the hard one — his materials sit in the rift shop.
Can I craft units?
Yes. The crafting station next to the upgrade area can craft remnants, evolution items and some units (Cursed Lover's sword among the recipes), using materials from legend stages, raids and shops.
